Here are new photos of the little boy who was rescued by a Danish aid worker who found him emaciated and sick after his family left him for dead in Akwa Ibom state. The two-year-old boy was accused of witchcraft and abandoned by his own people…

The boy, now called Hope, was abandoned by his family because they thought he was a witch and was found in the streets by Anja Ringgren Loven, a Danish woman living in Africa, on January 31. And now Ms Loven has shared a series of photographs showing Hope’s miraculous recovery in just eight short weeks, and says he ‘is really enjoying life now’.

  1. When are we going to realize that spiritual things can only be attacked through spiritual means? Even the physical is ruled by the spiritual! No matter the level of anyone in spiritual kingdom of darkness, it takes only the light of God to illuminate such souls to repentance. There is no amount of torture or war that can take anyone out. No child can wake up one morning and approach a known witch or wizard for initiation into their pit. It can only happen accidentally through sharing of food or wears. This madness should stop! Let understand that these unlucky children too are the earth. My Heavenly father does not love them less than you who is full of hatred and murderous inclination. Let’s say no to this barbaric acts in Africa. Whosoever the mother of this baby is should be made to experience deterring pains. If the child is a witch, she is superabundantly negligent to the child’s upraising..
