Biafra revolutionist, Nnamdi Kanu has appeared at the Abuja magistrate court amidst initial rumours that he was dead.
The Department of State Services (DSS) today arraigned the leader of a groupcalled the ‘Indigenous People of Biafra’, Nnamdi Kanu, before a Magistrate Court in Abuja.
The DSS however asked the court to discontinue the case so it can be moved to the Federal High Court, following fresh facts just discovered against the accused that are beyond the jurisdiction of the magistrate court.
Nnamdi Kanu appeared lean with his glowing light skin appearing tanned and overgrown beard allover his face. Nnamdi Kanu appeared weak and uninspired as he was escorted to the court premises by men of the DSS.
Several supporters flocked around the court premises and hailed him heavily on sight.
